Aberdeen has seen considerable residential development
over the last several years, with 22 new homes constructed between
June 1, 2006 and May 1, 2009.
This construction includes seven new homes on the
site of the old curling rink, in-fill development on Norman Ave,
Jackson Ave, and 6th Ave.
There are currently residential lots available
north of Cannon Court and on 8th Ave .
